Programs and events, together

Group programs, workshops and community events. Every program lists its service type, so it is always clear whether it is psychotherapy.

How registration works

Registration for therapy and support groups goes through Jane App only. Professional workshops use Stripe checkout. This site stores no booking data and no personal health information.

IMRC is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 9‑8‑8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline), call 911, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
