Find care that speaks your language

Every profile names who provides the service. Clinical services are provided by the practitioner named on each page.

Approaches

How practitioners work

Approaches are listed only after a practitioner attests to their training and an administrator reviews it. Training levels are shown on each profile.

AEDP

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. An experiential approach that pays close attention to emotion and body sensation, moment by moment, within the therapy relationship.

ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Builds psychological flexibility by clarifying what matters to you and practising mindful, committed action.

DBT

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. A skills-based approach that teaches mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.

Mindfulness-based

Uses present-moment awareness practices to change how we relate to thoughts, emotions and sensations.

Sandplay

Uses a tray of sand and small figures to express inner experience, without needing words.

Spiritual Care

Spiritually integrated psychotherapy

Spiritual care is integrated within Registered Psychotherapy sessions, and only when you want it. Non-clinical spiritual care is also available as a separate session on request.

Your values, religion and spiritual life are welcome in the room. They are yours to bring, or to leave out.
